Tran Thuy Giang (Ms)
Principal, Managing Director
Ms. Giang Tran is the founder and Managing Director of Tri Viet Consulting Company. As the Managing Director, Giang plays the leadership role in overseeing administrative and operational activities of the company, carrying out major marketing activities, public relations and relationship management. Giang currently resides in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Prior to Tri Viet, Giang worked as a Financial Consultant at BIDV Securities Company and as an Associate of Corporate Finance department at Mekong Securities Company, where her primary responsibility was to provide IPO and share issuance advisory to SOE, public and private Vietnamese companies such as: Vinamilk, Pinaco, Viettracimex, Tuong An Vegetable Oil, Vitaly and Halico. Before Mekong Securities, Giang was an Associate Director of Quang Thuy Real Estate Development Company, a family business in developing residential and hospitality properties.
Giang holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance from Macquarie University, Australia. She was granted scholarship of Sydney Institute of Business and Technology for her academic achievements and member of the Golden Key International Honour Society for outstanding graduates globally
Pham Si Hai (Mr)
Principal
Prior to joining Tri Viet as a principal, Hai has worked at Vietnam Fortune Capital Inc. (VFCI) as a CEO. He is in charge of overall operation of the Fund Management Company. Before VFCI, Hai had experienced with Mekong Securities as Head of Investment Banking Department – Hanoi Office, where he was in charge of the department operation, providing valuation, privatization, listing and other financial services. Prior to that, he had held various positions, including Business Development Officer at Mekong Private Sector Development Facility (MPDF), IT Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG as, Business Development Manager at Siemens Vietnam, VietSoftware Inc. Hai currently resides in Ha Noi, Vietnam.
Hai holds a Master degree of Science in Information Management, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, USA and a Master of Finance, National Economics University, Hanoi. Besides, he also earned a Bachelor of Computer Science, Hanoi University of Technology and a Certificate of Association for Investment Management and Research (CFA – Level 1)
Trinh Quynh Giao (Ms)

Prior to joining Tri Viet as a principal, Giao worked at Indochina Capital as Equities relation manager. She was in charged of sourcing investment opportunity, preliminary assessment, deal structuring for Equities Investment, new structured financial products development and business development in general. Before Indochina Capital, Giao had experienced with several securities companies such as Mekong Securities Co. as Branch Director, Manager of Corporate finance advisory department, Incombank Securities Co. as Deputy Manager of Investment Banking department where she carried out corporate value appraisals, corporate restructuring advisory, IPO advisory and underwriting for leading companies in Vietnam. Besides she also worked at BIDV Securities Co. as a financial analyst and consultant. Giao currently resides in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Prior to joining Tri Viet, Au worked at Deutsche Bank Vietnam as Assistant Vice President and was in charge of advising and supporting a local bank to build and implement an Integrated Risk Management System composing of Credit Risk, Market Risk and Operational Risk. Prior Deutsche Bank, Au joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Vietnam where he involved in several financial due diligence assignments as Advisory Supervisor and Associate, Taylor Nelson Sofrex Vietnam as a Field office Assistant. Au currently resides in Ha Noi, Vietnam.
