Tan Khoa’s trade sale to a F&B specialised investor
Tan Khoa is a leading distributor of Wine & Spirit in Vietnam with a diversified portfolio of worldwide dominant brands such as: Bacardi, Martini, Jack Daniel’s, Henkell, Torley… Tan Khoa has branches in Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Can Tho, Phan Thiet, Vung Tau… to distribute the products to 27 provinces throughout the country. Tri Viet acted as financial advisor for Tan Khoa from 2007 to present, involved in the complete restructuring process, from conversion into joint stock company, share issue to key employees and sale agents, to trade sale to strategic partner.
IFB Holdings Ltd. (“IFB”) is a foreign investor with the focus in food and beverage sector. IFB Holdings has successfully brought international brands such: Pizza Hut, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf into Vietnam.
At the end of 2009, IFB became a strategic partner of Tan Khoa through acquiring 30% stake of the company from an existing shareholder.
